Riverside Guardians Baseball was created to inspire young athletes, strengthen families, and build a community grounded in teamwork, respect, and character. Everything we do centers on developing confident, disciplined, and hardworking players—both on and off the field.  

At Riverside Guardians Baseball (RGB), our mission is to inspire and empower young athletes through the game of baseball. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching, skill development, and competitive opportunities that build confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

Beyond the field, we strive to teach the values of respect, sportsmanship, and perseverance, helping players grow not only as athletes but also as individuals. Our goal is to create a positive, supportive, and family-oriented environment where every player can reach their full potential—both in the game and in life. 

Riverside Guardians Baseball (RGB) was founded in September 2025 by a dedicated group of coaches and parents who share a passion for the game and a commitment to youth development. Our coaching staff brings a wide range of experience, with backgrounds in Little League, Pony, high school baseball, and adult league competition. This diversity allows us to blend fundamentals, discipline, and advanced skill development while fostering a lifelong love for the game. 

What began as a group of young athletes coming together to compete has grown into a family-centered program built on sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. Our players are eager to learn, hungry to grow, and proud to represent their community with heart, discipline, and pride. 

Together, we’ve built more than just a team — we’ve created a baseball family that values effort, integrity, and character as much as performance. Riverside Guardians Baseball continues to grow with the same passion that started it all: developing confident, skilled athletes who play the game with heart, pride, and purpose. 

Riverside Guardians Baseball was founded on passion, purpose, and a shared love for the game. Founders Job Delgadillo and Jimmy Pineda bring years of experience, leadership, and heart to the program. Their commitment to discipline, teamwork, and integrity helps shape young athletes into confident, respectful individuals who grow both as players and as people.
